access to MSU Extension Specialists through an internet database. You
can use the database to submit both image and physical samples.
Replies are sent by email, web page or letter. If the specialist is
out of the office, your inquiry will be forwarded to someone else.
To submit samples you must have an existing database account or use the "New User Sign Up" below. If you are an MSU Extension County Director or Area Agent you already have an accout. Please contact Alan Henn, Extension Plant Pathologist to activate it. Use the "New User Sign Up" if you are not a County Director or Area Agent. To access the database click on the green link Plant Clinics Database. You should have client and host information available. The link "View Pest Outbreaks" provides a map of Mississippi counties where current identifications of diseases, insects and weeds may be viewed. The "Image Database" allows you to view images of pests and plants that can be searched. |
