Prasanth Buchi, a graduate student in computer science is working on the database for us. His primary work to date has been on a web interface, privelege allocation, a complex set of small programs for nematode recommendations, changing report formats, and implementing pdf features.
Significant modifications will include improved sample information/tracking, sample input by web browser, use for Digitally Assisted Diagnosis (DAD), mapping functions for epidemiological tracking, and XML interface with regional/national databases.
